Sustainable Design

Eco sustainable solutions already exist for housing, food, and energy. We feel the next natural step is demonstrating the diversity of options available in one place people can visit while open source sharing everything people need to replicate these options modularly or as complete open source village models like One Community. Ultimately this will provide a diversity of model solutions that are additional solution creating self-sufficient teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities self-replicating all over the world.

ECO SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

Affordable, accessible, and easily implementable eco sustainable solutions have the potential to transform the world as we know it. The primary goal of the One Community eco-building strategy is to provide these so we can forward the global sustainability movement. To maximize our ability to attract mainstream interest we are integrating and expanding traditional green building concepts and eco sustainable solutions as complete open source village models combining the “physical sustainability” you see here with an “emotional sustainability” fulfilled living model. These complete models will then operate as additional teacher/demonstration communities, villages, and cities that will help us to further spread sustainability nationally and, even more importantly, also put non-profit green building systems into the global communities of the people who need them most.

ECO SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS COMPONENT OVERVIEW

The sustainable construction design of One Community is 7 eco-artistic themed village prototypes that demonstrate sustainable housing for anywhere from 30-100 people each, integration of sustainable food production for 100′s, 100% off-the-grid energy production, and a duplicable city hub called the SEGO Center City Hub.
